Chief Executive Officer
Mike Maudsley joined enfinium as Chief Executive Officer in 2022. Mike has over 30 years of experience across the power and utility sector, most recently responsible for leading all operating assets at Drax plc. Prior to Drax, he spent six years in the Middle East with Engie.
Chief Financial Officer
Jenny Harrison has been Chief Financial Officer since March 2023. Prior to this she was Finance Director at UK Power Networks after senior roles at BT Group. She previously spent 20 years within energy, infrastructure and utilities with Deloitte and Andersen, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY. Jenny is a Trustee of a Leeds University based sustainability charity, United Bank of Carbon.
Chief Operating Officer
Dr Jane Atkinson CBE joined as Chief Operating Officer in November 2022. Jane has over 30 years of experience at Bilfinger, Cape, Sembcorp and British Steel. Jane is a Fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers, a Fellow and Trustee of the Royal Academy of Engineering and a Board Member of the West Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
General Counsel
Wayne Robertson has been General Counsel of enfinium since 2019. He has more than 20 years of experience in senior in-house legal roles across various sectors. Wayne has also served as Group Legal Director and General Counsel at Amey, and is a qualified executive coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching, London.
Vice President Business Development
Paul Green joined enfinium, formerly Wheelabrator, in 2009 as Business Development Director, and has held the role of VP of Business Development since 2016. He has 26 years of experience in waste project management and previously worked in consultative and senior management roles at SUEZ and FCC Environmental.
Vice President Engineering and Construction
Simon Forshaw is an infrastructure project leader and chartered engineer with 30 years of experience in delivering complex engineering projects from concept to commercial operation. Prior to joining enfinium he has held leadership and director level roles at Capita, United Utilities, Zeus Capital and most recently Viridor.
IT & PMO Director
Andy Hayward has been with the team since November 2020. Before taking on the role of IT and PMO Director at enfinium, formerly Wheelabrator, he worked at Diageo and Coca-Cola. Andy has over 20 years of experience across the manufacturing, mining, healthcare, food, charity and engineering sectors.
HR Director
Tom Darby took on the role of HR Director in July 2021. He has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, having held senior HR roles in the U.K. for RWE, Innogy and E.ON Group. Before joining enfinium, formerly Wheelabrator, he worked as HR Director for npower’s Home, Business, and Powershop retail businesses. Tom is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
