enfinium partner with CATCH to deliver apprenticeships across 3 principles;
CATCH is an industry led partnership supporting the process, energy, engineering and renewable industries in Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and Humber.

Year 1 – During year 1 you will be based at CATCH Stallingborough, this is where your journey begins in learning all that there is to know in your chosen pathway. Whilst you are based at CATCH your accommodation will be provided.
Year 2 & 3 – During this time you will be based on site, you will have the opportunity to work with the wider teams and will have opportunities to further understand and develop the skills you have learnt at CATCH.
Your apprenticeship will conclude with an end point assessment where you will be assessed by a practical observation, knowledge assessment and a technical interview. If you pass this you will be awarded your certificate.
Beyond year 3 and once you have completed your apprenticeship, you will be able to explore career opportunities across the enfinium group.
