As one of the largest energy from waste operators in the UK, with more than 45 years of proven industry experience, we are also transforming the way our industry serves customers, communities and the environment.
Our two-year Graduate Engineering Programme is designed to give you an in-depth, hands-on understanding of the business, setting you up for a long-term career in engineering and beyond. An intensive induction will lead to rotation across key areas of our business:

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking graduates with degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Control and Instrumentation, Process or Chemical Engineering. You will be based at one of our plants in Leeds or the Midlands but must be prepared to experienceour whole organisation across the country.
You must be genuinely excited about shaping a more sustainable future through engineering innovation and see challenges not as obstacles, but as opportunities to make a real difference.
You’ll thrive here if you’re eager to step beyond theory and immerse yourself in a hands-on, real-world engineering environment, where ideas are tested, refined, and brought to life. Curiosity and initiative are key: we value individuals who take a proactive, problem-solving approach and are keen to contribute from day one
